Hi there. My name is Ryan Vogel. I just, came from Evansville, Indiana. And I'm going to, the University of Kansas this fall. I took the G 49 this summer, and by far, it was the most incredible experience I've ever had. The weeks are long. You will do a lot of hiking, but by far, you'll make a whole bunch of friends and it'll be one of the best experiences you've ever played for.

Food was great. The cabins are nice. Nice and cozy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I recommend it to other people. Learn more geology in six weeks than I learned in the past three years.

My name is Sarah. I was in 1490. I'm a senior at UC Riverside. And my experience here was probably the best in my whole college career. I learned a lot. I met some great people. The faculty is pretty amazing. It was really difficult. So be prepared to work. But you're going to come. You're going to learn so much.
00:01:12:03 - 00:01:19:13
Speaker 2
You're going to feel like you can go out into the field ready to conquer any sort of job in the geology. So it was really good.

Hello, my name is Jeff Ladder. I'm about to enter my senior year at Washington State University. And these past six weeks, I had the privilege of attending G 4 to 9. The best way I could describe it is intense. You're taking six credits in six weeks. It is full on GL logic immersion. You live with all of your classmates and close proximity and the Lords and the in the fields, in the classroom, in the in the dormitories.
00:01:49:29 - 00:02:05:04
Speaker 3
You're reinforcing all of your all of your undergraduate coursework in six weeks. And boy, did the professors do a great job of bringing that back to the forefront of your mind. You're going to be challenged. You're going to work hard, you work long, but it's going to be satisfying.
00:02:05:06 - 00:02:31:24

I'm Rosemary Bhaskara. I'm going to be my in my fourth year at UC Riverside. I took due 49 here and it's a lot scarier than it seems a lot scarier, I guess, than it really is. It was a great experience. I learned so much. I reinforced everything I learned. So I'm really excited to go into my fourth year.
00:02:31:26 - 00:02:43:03
Speaker 4
It's. The turn ins are hard, and it's really intimidating. But once you get through it, the people here are great. The staff is super helpful. And overall, I'm really excited to be almost done.
00:02:43:05 - 00:02:45:08
Speaker 5

My experience overall after finishing my final project is I'm going to miss it out here, and I've been quite a bit in the beginning I didn't feel that way, but it's kind of a bittersweet ending. I learned an exceptional amount. I found most of the coursework very challenging. You meet a lot of really cool people out here.
00:03:24:03 - 00:03:48:24
Speaker 5
Hopefully I keep in contact with them. The trips you caravan trips are quite a bit of fun. You get a nice little break from going to Glacier and beautiful caravan trip out here was exceptional. You had all these beautiful spots on the way out. I'm a vegetarian. I thought they did a pretty good job accommodating to the non-meat eaters here.
00:03:48:26 - 00:04:19:18
Speaker 5
I know this is kind of, beef country, so considering, I think the locals cook for us, a lot of them are. They did a I was happy with the food. Nice variety. It's beautiful. That's probably my thing I'm going to miss out here in. The sky's beautiful. It's peaceful. It's going to be strange reactivating to your own life after I leave here tomorrow.
00:04:19:20 - 00:04:42:20
Speaker 5
But overall, it's definitely an amazing experience. Something that I will definitely remember forever. You know, I see a lot of people contribute and they're after they graduate and our alumni and help donate, make the camp better and better.

My name is Python. I'm from Denison University in Ohio. I already actually graduated. This has been made. But I, I need this course for my Bachelor of science degree. Today's the last day of, If you could come. I will say, it's a very bittersweet moment for me because I made a lot of friends over the past six weeks, and then, and then at the moment where leaving the field camp, I'll remember them or hopefully make Facebook friends with them.
00:05:37:26 - 00:05:55:25
Speaker 7
And also, over the six weeks, I have learned a lot knowledge about geology. I, in my school, we done a lot of tectonic and structure courses of the, of the four years, but I never really have,
